I woke up early today and did my fitness training. I am using “New Moove“, online fitness studio that is perfect for my needs. App is available for smart tv’s and it is great way to start my day. After fitness and shower i drank a teaspoon of honey with teaspoon of cinnamon (mixed together in paste) with small amount of hot water. I am taking this every morning on an empty stomach.
I’m always searching for some healthy snacks that are quick and easy to prepare. There are many great energy bites recipes out there that inspired me to create one on my own. As a WordPress themer i sit a lot in front of my computer and here and there i don’t have time to cook for hours. Bubi bombs recipe is a saver in that case ;).
