Maybe you’ve already noticed, I’m obsessed with smoothies. My latest one is strawberries smoothie enriched with coconut milk. This smoothie is perfect for breakfast as it’s packed with fresh fruits, nuts and coconut milk. It fills my body with energy and I am ready to work on a new Anariel Design WordPress theme.
Ingredients
- cup of ground nuts
- cup of ground oatflakes
- 2 cups of frozen strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- oat milk
- 1/2 – 1 Tbsp of coconut sugar
Method
Place all the ingredients into a blender, add 1 and more cup of oat milk (depending on how thick and dense you like it) and blend until smooth.
