Raw Chocolate

Sometimes I have a need for chocolate and instead of buying it I try to make healthier one on my own. Coconut oil can help you burn more fat, improve blood cholesterol levels and reduce risk of heart disease. I decided to use it as a base for this chocolate.

Chocolate recipe doesn’t need to be complicated to be tasty. I took few ingredients and made the perfect and healthy combination! You can play with it and make your own perfect ingredients combination. Use coconut oil as a base and then play with the rest :).


Raw Chocolate

  • 1/2 cup of ground pecans
  • 2 tablespoon 100% raw cacao
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla bourbon extract
  • 3 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 2-3 tablespoon of agave syrup


Melt coconut oil until it turns into a liquid. Add raw cacao, vanilla bourbon extract, ground pecans and agave syrup. Mix it all together and pour it in a bowl to cover bottom. Leave it in fridge for a few hours. After few hours the mixture will form into a chocolate. Enjoy it 🙂
