Pumpkin Soup

If it’s cold and rainy outside, like the last couple of days, there’s nothing quite like a proper pumpkin soup to warm you up. Very easy to make for dinner or as an appetizer.

It takes 20-30 min to prepare it. You just need to cook all ingredients and blend them together. It is very tasty and light. Usually I prepare it for dinner. Choose your favourite bread to go with it and you are ready to go. Bon Appetit!



  • 1 smaller pumpkin
  • 2-3 sweet potatos
  • 3-4 carrots
  • 1-2 Tbsp of pumpkin oil
  • salt
  • chili


Clean, peel and cut all ingredients and cook them in a salted water. When ingredients are cooked, pour cooked ingredients in a blender and add water in which ingredients were cooked (depends on how thick you like) and blend it all until it’s smooth.
