Tiramisu

Bubimisu

Finally found some time to work on some new recipes. Busy times at Anariel Design. As a fan of tiramisu, I decided to try out something new with my sister’s tiramisu recipe.

I wasn’t really sure I’ll manage to get a useful cream using substitute foods, but it turned out really delicious and lite. Bubimisu is very easy and fast to make but it will disappear equally fast from your fridge. So, don’t say later I didn’t warn you ;).

Vegetarian Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 7 Tbsp of spelt whole wheat flour
  • 3 Tbsp of coconut blossom sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2l of oat milk
  • 50g dark bitter chocolate
  • 250g Ladyfinger spelt biscuits for tiramisu
  • Coffee

Method

Mix 2 eggs with 3 Tbsp of coconut blossom sugar. Add 7 Tbsp of spelt whole wheat flour and little bit of milk. Mix it all together.

Put 1/2l of oat milk in a bowl and let it boil. Pour the mixture we mixed above slowly into the milk and mix it until the mixture thickens. Now you have the white cream. Separate the half of the mixture and put it in another bowl. Add to it 50g of dark bitter chocolate and mix it to get the dark cream. Leave both to cool down.

Soak biscuits in black coffee and lie the first row of the biscuits. On the first row of biscuits pour dark chocolate cream and spread it over the biscuits. After that add another row of biscuits and spread the white cream on them. Sprinkle the top with 100% raw cacao and scrub the chocolate over. Put it in the fridge to cool down and enjoy.
