Colorful Smoothie

My favorite smoothie at the moment. It is absolute perfect for hot summer days when your appetite is in the basement. It’s refreshing and nutritious. I’m making it for breakfast or as a snack in between meals.

It is very easy to make, just put peaches, apricots and mango into a blender and there you go. If you want something extra, try adding banana to it – it’s very tasty combination!

Banana Smoothie

Energy Smoothie

I woke up early today and did my fitness training. I am using “New Moove“, online fitness studio that is perfect for my needs. App is available for smart tv’s and it is great way to start my day. After fitness and shower i drank a teaspoon of honey with teaspoon of cinnamon (mixed together in paste) with small amount of hot water. I am taking this every morning on an empty stomach.
