At the time when I still ate meat I’ve never been a fan of Bolognese sauce but now I’m a big fan of its vegan version. It’s very easy to make, tasty and you can eat it with rice, noodles, polenta etc.
Who does not like pizza ;)? Since my childhood till now, pizza remained my favourite meal although not the most healthy habit ;). In our house we all love pizza so it was time to try to make a healthier vegetarian version.
As a fan of savoury pastries, today i decided to experiment and make whole wheat kale and feta cake for lunch. It is quite easy to make and there’s not much that could go wrong:).
I am big fan of avocados. Avocado creamy structure is perfect fit for many different recipes. One of them is avocado dip i came up with and immediately fell in love with. It is so easy to make, it takes 5 min to mix all together and enjoy.
