I woke up early today and did my fitness training. I am using “New Moove“, online fitness studio that is perfect for my needs. App is available for smart tv’s and it is great way to start my day. After fitness and shower i drank a teaspoon of honey with teaspoon of cinnamon (mixed together in paste) with small amount of hot water. I am taking this every morning on an empty stomach.
This morning i was into making energy smoothie for breakfast. It’s the favorite smoothie in the house! When I need something sweet I head for this one as it is very sweet and creamy. It is a perfect replacement for the unhealthy sweets.
It is also a great way to start your day as it gives energy and you won’t feel hunger for many hours.

- 1 cup of oat flakes

- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup (optional)
- 1/2 – 2/3 liter of oat milk
